Terms & Conditions
Hotel Check-in:
Begins at 3:00pm and ends at 6:00pm If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out:
11:00am.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of earliest check-in will incur the charge for the entire reservation (includes early departures and no-shows).
Deposit:
A $25 per room non-refundable advance payment is collected at time of booking.
Multiple Room Policy:
A $50 per room non-refundable advance payment will be charged for groups of three or more rooms.
Multiple Day Policy:
A $50 per room non-refundable advance payment will be charged for any reservation longer than three nights.
Smoking
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping Devices in any room. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you are compelled to "light-up" in your room; this includes e-cigarettes.
Pets
We are sorry, no pets allowed. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file with any evidence of a pet present in the room and or the failure to report it at check in time. Please ask front desk representative for more information about local pet boarding locations.
Damages
Damages incurred to hotel property as a result of hotel occupant or guest(s) of occupant, will result in fees that will be billed to the hotel occupant. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.
Our property may not be appropriate for the accommodation of children under 16 years of age (due to traffic concerns, lack of play area, breakable objects, etc.)
Rates are based on occupancy of two guests. $10.00 will be added for each additional person.
The Prescott Pines Inn is not responsible for items left in room by guest after checkout.
Gift certificates, discounts and all offers are subject to change without notice.
Same day reservations may be made online until 5:00pm.
